SDC team story: BJTU-Jolywood and their i-Yard2.0

北京交通大学-中来赛队是第二次参加中国国际太阳能十项全能竞赛,本次他们的参赛作品是一个智能化的“绿色住宅”,7月25日,记者探访了赛队的搭建场地,来一同认识一下这群追梦的年轻人和他们的作品。

This is the second time for Team BJTU-Jolywood to attend the solar decathlon China. Their entries is an intelligent "green residential". The reporter visited the building site on July 25, meeting with this group of young people and their work commitments.



北京交通大学-中来赛队,由20余名老师和60余名本硕博在校生组成。目前“太阳房”搭建日程过半,大家感受如何?

Team BJTU-Jolywood consists of more than 20 teachers and at least 60 students. At present, we are halfway through the construction schedule. How do they feel?






“又累、又饿、又臭,但是又很兴奋。”“自己亲手搭的房子,看着慢慢一步一步起来是很开心的。”“赛队的搭建情况在意料之中,同学们的表现和氛围在意料之外。”

“Tired, hungry, uncomfortable but excited, we witnessed our house being built little by little.”

“The construction of the team was expected, but our performance and atmosphere were more than expected.”




累但快乐着,是大家共同的心声。据了解,北京交通大学是第二次参加SDC竞赛,本次参赛作品i-Yard2.0,是一栋具有工业化、智慧化、定制化特点的养老住宅。

All the team members felt tired but happy. It’s known that this is the second time for Team BJTU-Jolywood to attend the SDC. Their entries is a house for aging people with the concept of “industrial, intelligent and individual”.




赛队项目经理  韩昌代介绍说:“我们第二天就完成了所有主体的吊装和连接工作。之所以能这么快速的完成,是因为我们的装配化、工业化做的非常好,建筑的结构不需要焊接。通过自制的模块和预应力 的一套体系,把它最快速的完成。定制化模块体系能满足不同的平面,满足不同的使用要求。”

Changdai Han, the team's project manager, said: “Lifting and connecting work of all the main bodies were finished on the second day. The reason why it’s completed rapidly is that we did a good job in assembly and industrialization, and the structure of the building didn’t need to be welded. It can be completed efficiently due to the self - made module and a set of prestressed system. The customized module system can meet different needs.





赛队指导老师  李珺杰表示:“i-Yard2.0会学习,学习人的行为,了解人的生活方式。类似于手机或电脑的输入法一样,输的字频率多了,它的重复度高了,这个房子就知道你主人是什么样的喜好,那么慢慢地它就会按照这样一个生活作息和生活规律去调整自己,所以这就是一种智能、智慧的体现。”

Junjie Li, a coach of the team, said: "i-Yard2.0 has the ability to learn, learn about people's behavior, and understand their way of life. Like the input method of mobile phone or computer, the more you input, the more you repeats, this house will know what your favor is, and it will gradually adjust itself according to such a life schedule and style. So it's an evidence of intelligence."



据悉,i-Yard2.0房屋自学习模式为智能手环、手机、声控、光感等感应终端记录居住者生活习惯,中央电脑通过数据分析给家电终端生成控制指令。

It is reported that i-yard2.0 houses have self-learning mode, and the sensing terminals such as smart bracelet, mobile phone, voice control and light sense record the living habits of residents. The central computer generates give instructions to the terminals of home appliances through data analysis.



另外,i-Yard2.0房子里的流线全部都是环形,无论怎么走都可以从一个空间绕到另一个空间。房子“回游动线设计”便于老人活动,双面光伏发电为房屋提供可持续的绿色能源。

Also, the streamlines in i-Yard2.0 house are all circular, allowing you to go from one space to another no matter how you choose your route. The "backwash line design" of the house is designed for the elderly to move around, and two-sided photovoltaic power generation provides sustainable green energy for the house.



1000余张图纸,近900个日夜,10个院系智慧打造,I-Yard2.0来之不易。
Thanks to more than 1000 drawings, nearly 900 days’ devotion and 10 schools’ effort, i-Yard2.0 was successfully built.

赛队指导老师  李珺杰说:“对学生来讲,这个过程是很艰难的。每一个阶段都有相应的图纸,比如设计阶段会有设计的图纸,到中期阶段会有方案深化的图纸,最后施工图图纸还有两版。这样的小房子,它要做到装配式建筑的深度,所以我们不光是到施工图深度了,还要到零部件的深度。所以每一个排版图,每一个零部件到底怎么安装,每个折角怎么做,构造的细部节点怎么处理,我们都已精细到这个程度了。”

Junjie Li, a coach of the team, said” The process is difficult for students. In each stage, there are corresponding drawings, such as design drawings in the design stage, developing drawings in the middle stage, and two versions of construction drawings in the end. For such a small house, which is expected to meet the requirement of assembly building, we are not only to achieve the depth of construction drawings, but also to the depth of parts. So, for every layout, how to install every part, how to do every folding angle, how to deal with the details of the construction, we have already got to this point.”




酷热的赛场,在德州的这个夏天收获满满。

Hot field in Dezhou, full of harvest this summer.





赛队建筑组组员  刘璐说:“平时在学校只能做一个模型,但这次设计的东西是真要把它建出来,把想法变成现实,真的感觉非常棒。”

Lu Liu, a member of the team's construction team, said: "Usually, we just need to make a model at school, but this time, we built a real one, making the idea become reality. It's really fatastic."


赛队建筑组组长  王婉琳说:“我们每天一起去吃饭,中午大家趴在家具上睡觉,很团结、很有爱的感觉,从老师到组长到最小的队员,都是完全在一个平面上。”

"We go to eat together every day," said Wanlin Wang, head of the team's construction team. "We sleep on the furniture at noon. At that moment, I felt that our hearts became closer.”



赛队项目经理  韩昌代介绍说:“陆陆续续进来又离开了很多队员,一直坚持下来的队员真的是很不容易。三年的时间对于我们研究生来说,基本上整个研究生生涯都在做这件事情。希望它从最开始的设计到最后的完成,能以一个最好的状态展示在大家面前。”

Changdai Han, the team's project manager, said: "Many team members came in and left. It was really precious for the team members to stick to it. For our graduate students, we have been doing this for almost three years. I hope it will be in the best shape from the beginning to the end.



赛队指导老师  李珺杰表示:“2013年的时候作品叫i-Yard1.0,现在2018年是2.0,往后还有3.0、5.0,甚至20.0,像手机一样不断的更新迭代。”

Junjie Lin also mentioned:”The name of our work was i-Yard1.0 in 2013. Now, it’s entitled i-Yard2.0. In the future, there will be i-Yard3.0, 5.0, even 20.0, updating and iterating like a mobile phone.”
